Today went well, in fact better than I expected but the admissions side needs looking at as this is the 4th time I have been called but the others were cancelled or not even booked.
Suggested improvements
All the staff today were wonderful, cheerful and made the experience as good as it could be. So no I do not think you could have done anything better today.

Staff was friendly and supportive, very nice atmosphere considering the circumstances of my visit.

The delay on discharge was unfortunate, but understood why- all staff was apologetic.
